Johnny Polygon – Fu**in Awesome (Produced by The Soundmen)

Over CMJ we linked with a seriously dope new artist who is really pushing musical boundaries within the hiphop world. This man is Johnny Polygon, an Oklahomie who migrates between LA and NYC. He had a pretty good sized hit with his single “Riot Song” which we remixed. With the success of that remix came the opportunity to produce a record on his EP which came out December 5th. We came up with a record that basically took the Talking Heads and The Dream and put the two together with Johnny crafting an amazing song around the throwback melody.
